how to take the action against opp advocate ? as he is treating the clients by sending goons / other people near the court premises or out side the court.as the advocate worked for police dept initially very few years and became advocate and doing all these tactics.
kindly suggest the best resolution.
You can give a complaint against the avocate with the local police, the top police officer of the city and also with the bar association and bar council to which the advocate belongs
