dear expert..
can any body please suggest me how to select good lawyer..my wife is at family court and accused me of mentally and physicaly torturing her..everything a big lie..thought she wants to come back(because i have not done anything wrong) i dont want her back \..how to proceed in my case and how to find good lawyer..please suggest me..

'Good lawyer'....Tough to define...In your case, do meet with a couple of lawyers, beware of ' feel good statements '....
A lawyer with similar ( as in your case) experience should work...It is always suggestable to find one VIA reference....

There is no definition of good lawyer. You may discuss your case with different lawyers of your choice and on the basis of your discussions, thereby you can assess about the knowledge levels.
One thing can be suggested that you should not go by big promises.
