My marriage is done on Nov - 2010. we lived just for 6 months only. After that she went away my home(May 2011 after that she doesn't returned to live with me) for silly reasons. she deliverd a boy and not informed to me properly. But I saw my child when I gone to mother in law house. After 9 months her parents doesn't send her to live with me. When I asked them, my mother in law quarrel with me. After that my wife file a divorce case last year April, 2012. we went counselling but she doesn't compromise. I doesn't file a reply petition for her divorce petition. After that I applied in the family court for seeing my child for once a week. but the court doesn't order on my petition to see my child. because she doesn't file the reply for my petition (for see my child). she revenged / harrased me not allowing to see my child. she maintain my child some where. When I try to complaint (for allow to see my child through advising her parents) with police station, they doesn't take my complaint, because they said, when the divorce case is pending we can't take your complaint.
I ask you, what can I do? How can I see my child? I told this situation to family judge many times. But she doesn't give order on favour for me. Is there any provision or support to me? I am feeling and crying every day for not seeing my child. I saw my child one and half year back.
How can I get mutual consent divoce? what is the procedure? I told my wife, pls. prepare a mutual consent divorce petition, I will sign it. but she doesn't prepare the consent petition till date? Is there any common petition for mutual consent petition? (or) one petition is enough? pls. advise me. what should I do?
what is your suggestion? I am so confused. For the sack child future, I am fighting in this case. I want to live with her. but she refused her parents wrong advice. I need any free mediation for solving our issue. Do you know any social service organisation for free mediation for solving family problems. Because I haven't any support my family. I am lonly fight in this case.
