This is just to keep myself informed. Sometimes we do lose papers and I've seen results on google search as to how to get a duplicate marriage, birth or death certificate. But nothing is mentioned about divorce papers. If I lose my divorce papers what steps should I take to obtain a copy of the same ? the divorce took place in Kolkata.

You will the certified copies in the concerned court. If the case was in the court
