Hi,
I have a commercial property which i rented out to a tenant. I want to know 2 things:
1. How can i evict him ? (I have served him eviction notice but he has gone to court), and the case is now dragging for past 4 yrs. What can i do to expedite the case ?
2. As the above case is going on, how can i increase the rent. In last 4 years, the market value for rent has gone up by 4 times, but tenant is paying only the old rent.
Pls advise me on this..
