How to draft a legal contract for seo services plans?

Hi Experts,

I'm looking for guidance on drafting a proper legal contract for SEO services. I represent a digital marketing company and we offer monthly SEO plans (technical SEO, content strategy, link building, etc.). We're now looking to formalize our agreements with clients to ensure transparency and legal protection for both sides.

Could anyone help clarify:

What are the essential clauses to include in an SEO services contract?
How do we handle deliverables and timelines (since SEO is a long-term process)?
How should we frame clauses for performance expectations or disclaimers?
What's the best way to define payment terms, cancellation policy, and refund structure?
Should we include a non-compete or confidentiality clause?
Would a lawyer be needed to validate the contract, or are templates sufficient?
