Hello All,
I am planning to buy a used motorcycle
While going through the required forms for transfer of ownership, I found that Form 30 contains the term 'Superdari'.
It stated that the transferee claims that the vehicle is not superdari, and that he/she will be responsible for any inaccuracies.
Now I am confused as to how to check if the vehicle I am buying is superdari ?
(It is an inter-RTO transfer, though in the same state)
