how to allow delay petition

there is 175 days delay on disposal of original suite petition case. woman who is an illiterate cheated by her lawyer. what is step to appeal in lower court, not to go high court.

 the appeals against a decree or order can be filed in a High Court within ninety days and in any other court in thirty days from the date of the decree or order appealed against.

File application u/s5of limitation act to condone delay andto allow the application.

I endorse expert opinion of Mr. Shashi Dhara, file an application u/s 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with justifiable reasons for condonation of delay.

There are number of judgments on the issue wherein it is held that litigant should not suffer at the wrong advise/proceeding of counsel.

It is advisable to consult and engage another local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ documents, professional guidance and proceeding.
