How many case can be give to arbitrator in a one year

Arbitration and conciliation amended act, 2015 schedule 5th grounds give rise to justifiable doubts as to the independence or impartiality of Arbitrators: point no. 22 says "The Arbitrator has within the past three years been appointed as arbitrator on two or more occasions by one of the parties or an affiliate of one of the parties ." Pls explain that appointment of arbitrator two or more times in a one year by same company is wrong or right ?
