How Long may the legal procedure may take to evict the tenan

I have rented a shop at 3000 per month.the lease is for five years and it is not a registered lease,there is a clause which says that either of us should give a notice three months notice in advance just in case of eviction is needed.now i have a business in the same complex and it is not enough for me and i need the above said propierty for my own business and please let me know how long the legal procedure ,may take?

It may take years depending the pendency of the court in which the suit is filed by the owner.
