How go get bpl card?

Please note I'am professionally qualified but do not have sufficient income as I want to answer govt exams I need to be in practice and don't have a house and totally neglected by husband. 1. I have PAN card which I wish to surrender as I never filed any return for many yrs. 2.I don't have house or any other property in my name

How to get BPL card when I have a rich husband who is ignoring my needs and I have very little income.

Apply for BPL card.

If you are eligible per conditions, you can get BPL card.
