Housing society agm conducted very late.

The managing committee of my housing society in Vasai (E) held the AGM very late this year. The meeting should have been held by September 2016, but they held it only in January 2017.

I plan to complaint to the Dy. Registrar, What relief can I seek from the Dy. Registrar against the managing committee members?
