I am having leased house of 9 lakh and house owner said he does not have money to return so I am living forcibly in house. He is also not telling when he can return as he dont want to return it.
What options I have other than Summary suit (I came to know about this from someone else question).
The whole IPC is waste like cheating, criminal breach of trust, misappropriation of money etc !
please help.

advocates are giving true advice that going to court is of no use for CPC thatswhy if something is possible in IPC.
unfortunately getting someone to take lease from tenant for more amount is also climbing everest.
