First thing to check is mode of marriage, if it was Hindu Marriage where the Christian woman converted to Hindu religion before the marriage. After conversion the woman never followed Hindu religion and traditions but converted back to Christian religion than a ground of divorce will be available under the Hindu Marriage Act for divorce. Proof of conversion to Christian religion and following it will be required for the case, if you have it with you than only think of this ground for divorce.
