I have won my case against my employer after 12yrs.But they appealed in dvn bench of Calcutta High ct without giving me a copy or any information.
My query
1. Can they do like this?
2.what will be my steps?

If you have been impleaded as a respondent in the appeal you will be sent a copy by the court directly.
If you wre not impleaded as a respondent, then you can file an application before the appellate court to implead you as a necessary party to the appeal and obtain certified copies.
