i got into agreement with a buyer for selling our agricultural land in AP.
deal didnt go well and because of which the buyer had initated a civil suit few years back.
the case is in trial now and due to some change in suit properties (acquisition for some temple purpose) , the plaintiff had initiated a amendment petition which was allowed inspite of counter from my side.
can i move a appeal to high court in this action of allowing amendment by trial court.
will the suit case continue if there is a appeal pending in high court on allowing amendment to the suit
