frds, my native place is kanpur, bt wkng in govt collge lucknw. married in 2009. hubby is in bank, sanger. having one baby boy of 1 yr. during pregnncy,hubby sent me at my sis place. but never came bck to take me n child. we approachd, bt he said he is intrstd smewhr else. after w8ng 1 yr, now i filed RCR. situation is dat he is not recievng court summons, and case in pending in court. if he will not recieve summons, wat will happn? wat is decree of RCR? can court send me to hubby's home, without hubby's will? pl suggest wat wud b court's next step
