Hi All,

I got married in January 2011, my wife got her uterus operated for Fibroids after engagement and before marriage and also she is suffering from Symmastia (A body disorder where both the breasts are joined together with no cleavage at all). These facts were not disclosed neither to me nor to my parents. Now when i spoke to my in-laws they are threatening me of filling false 498a.

I have already filled divorce petition under Sec 12 (1-C) of HMA. We never consummated the marriage but my wife says she will tell the court that we had it.Do I have legal ground for divorce? Pls help..

1. Yes, you have grounds for divorce.
2. By cross examining her, her lies of consumation of marriage will come out.
3. Focus on your grounds than to her whispers.

Thanks sir, I have filed divorce petition under 12 (1-C) of HMA and also filed a private complaint against her and her family for cheating me. Would this help me?
