Have any counter case against 498a

please give opinions :

1. any counter case will be possible against 498a.

opinion: perjury and defamation cases but once it is prooved false.

2. How to force io of CAW cell for checking of proof properly submitted by girl in stridhan list ?

opinion: You can't force,you ask him to go through the evidences like original bill and witnesses.

 

3. What type of bills are accepted in stridhan list ? Tax paid or without tax paid ?

opinion: Orinal bill with tax paid.

 

4. Which time is suitable to apply for A.B. ?

opinion: Once FIR No. you got from that onwards count down begins..

 

5. what is the procedure to get bail ?

opinion: Your lawyer has to file petitions first in session court,if rejected you have to move HC.

If fir is made against whole family,then group wise AB will be filed like A1,A2..

Most probably husband gets bail through high court,but it dpends on the state wise..
