In a title suil of 2003 and in spite of completing all formalities laid down by the court including deposit of stamp duty of rs 53688/- on 06/12/10 as per court order ,the court is not registering deed in favour of plaintiff and on 13/06/14 gave a long date on 20/12/14 for next date without any reason .Even the court donot bother High court order dt 13/07/09 to dispose off title suit within 13/01/10. i am suffering a lot in respect of money,time and energy. can i move directly supreme court as there is already high court order directing to ist civil judge senior division at Barasat to dispose off TS within 13/1/10. pl be noted so far 94 order issued by the court for last 11 years.can i wait indefinite period at the mercy of the said court. i see no hope of justice from said court. pl someone suggest what to do urgently.
