Sandy, I am yet to initiate Divorce. Waiting for my son to attain 18Years. I am using 3Different lawers for different cases. DV & 498A one lawyer, 125Crpc, another lawyer, Divorce I will use another lawer. Not all the eggs in the same bag. Anyway, thanks for the advice. I am using 200Crpc, read with 191,192, 195 & 177 Of IPC. Will file in June.
