Hello Sir,
Some body has sent me notice asking me to appear in court. I am assuming it could be something related to Land Rights claim by grand children. Here are my questions.
1. How do i know what the notice is for. The letter does not contain the details. how much money do i need to shell out for getting this inforamtion. Will any clerk in court provide me the information?
2. In case i have to do out of court settlement, do i need to include lawyer? are there any documents on which i can take the applicants signature so that he does not apply for rights again?
3. How much time and Money will be involed in settling this in legal way. I mean Approximate Lawyer fees and Time.
