Increment after suspension during enquiry

I m working with Uttar Pradesh govt. My increment date is july I was suspended in March 2023. My suspension revoke in oct 2023 with enquiry still pending. But my july 2023 July 2024 increment is still pending however department issue my 1 increment in July 2025 but my 2023 and 2024 increment is still pending. The rule for increment is minimum six months qualifying service for incremnt and I complete 8 month after suspension revoke oct2023 to June 2024 for qualify july 2024 increment. Pls give opinion and also give judgement link or copy of available

As per service rules, the enquiry shall be completed, and if any punishment is given, that punishment period also shall be completed, and then only you can get the increments. Judgement copy is not available. Search kanoon.in or in the column of judgments of this forum.

If you are aggrieved by the decision of the department you may first exhaust the remedies within the department's top management after which you can approach Administrative tribunal for remedy and releif.
