Gratuity & details on full and final settlement

I have joined in an MNC company on 9th July 2007 and i would like to know what would be the date taken into consideration for completing 5 years of my service in this company. Is it 9th June 2012 or 9th July 2012.

.Also I would like to know If i would resign after July 10th 2012 will i be eligible for the gratuity. What are all the other benefits i would be getting along with in the full and final settlement.

Kindly clarify.

Dear Guptaji,

They will take consideration 08/06/2012 dont worry.

As per as my knowledge you are eligible for Gratuty as per act-1952.When your comapny will do final settlement they will pay your all Leave encashment&Gratuity if any un paid wages.

This is the principal--15/26*last drawn salary*No of years completed(As per act).
