Granddaughter's rights on Grandmother's self acquired

My mother self purchased property (site) now we have constructed house and we are living in the same house but now my brother has applied for divorce and he has a 3 years old daughter and the same as been gifted to me and wife (gift deed) by my mother 3 months back. can my sisterinlaw or her daughter claim for share or stay against this property
