wt is the suspend period for him

No he is not liable to be suspended but deemed suspended if the custody of a govt servant exceeds 48 hours.  He is liable to be suspended even before this beriod.

Ji, yes.  you have to file bail petition in court of law.  If a Government employee is taken into custody for morethan 48 hours, he is deemed to be suspended from the date of his detention.
