Gift deed registration charges

I would like to know the chargaes I have to pay to get a house in Hyderabad registered via Gift deed from my father.

1) Is stamp duty payable between father and son? If payable, how is it claculated?

2) Is it possible to pay regitration charges arrived at taking lesser property value than Govt records? How is it calculated?

3) Is Gift deed or settlement deed are one all the same or both of them are seperate? Please clarify..

Could you also eloberate on other points too...

1) I enquired in SRO and 3% of market value will be charged for registration. Are we allowed to quote less market value for registartion charges?

2) Only regitration charges will be suffiecinet or Stamp duty is also has to be paid in case of gift between father&son?

3) Is settlement deed/Gift deed are same or different? Please eloberate.
