Title:  Gender Neutral Sexual Harassment Laws: Punishment for Flashing / Exhibitionism.

A aam adami's take: Sexual Harassment of Men happens at workplace or on streets, when women or eunuchs touch or expose them in a s*xual way. Most often exhibitionist women prey on young minor boys.

So, women and eunuchs must also be punished for Sexual harassment.

The Draft of Law against Sexual Harassment must be amended to incorporate punishments for flasshing and exhibitionism at workplace or street.

How many of you can recollect an Eunuch touching you in train or threatening you of Flashing when you do not pay her the money !

Flashing and Exhibitionism by women at workplace is to be considered as Sexual Harassment of Men and these have to be included in s*xual harassment laws.


Flashing (illegal) by women is defined as exposure of:

1) significant portion of breasts (apart from nipples)
2) flasshing full breasts including nipple/s.
3) flasshing any portion of buttocks/cleavage by deliberately wearing low waist jeans.
4) full frontal nudity

The men must be protected from any penal action, if they record any such flasshing / exhibitionism at workplace by women for the sake of evidence.

Also, women touching men with s*xual intent or slapping male colleague's buttocks with any object (say a file or notebook) is also to be considered as s*xual harassment of the man.
