Yes, Gazette Notification is generally required to be given to all departments for correction of name.
As per the present Aadhaar rules, name correction can be made up to two times without requiring a Gazette Notification. However, for any subsequent changes or in certain cases, Gazette Notification becomes mandatory, and only then the correction will be considered and processed.
Therefore, if the permissible limit of corrections is exceeded or if the authorities insist, Gazette Notification will be required for effecting the name change.

Your daughter's name is LAVANYA, but it is wrongly made as NAVANYA, so there is only one letter N instead of L. It is not required gazette notification. You shall give an affidavit regarding the change of a letter before a Notary and get his attestation. I think it is sufficient.

You can prepare a one and the same affidavit, get it notarized and keep it safe.
That would be sufficient.

a 11-year-old child, a gazette notification is generally not mandatory if you are only correcting a spelling mistake in Aadhaar and the child already has a valid birth certificate showing the correct name.
UIDAI’s document list says that for minor name updates below 18, a Birth Certificate bearing the revised name can support the correction, and for minor updates like change in spelling owing to phonetics, the correction is permitted based on the birth certificate .
What your documents support Your daughter’s Birth Certificate is the strongest document here.
