I am victim of the false promises. I made a payment for the policy on 4 days back itself and haven't received even a call for Medical checkup schedule even after several calls and followups. Before buying policy there were numerous calls and commitments from executives and none of them are fulfilled and now I have to call everytime for followup.
I bought this policy on the promises that Medical checkup will be scheduled at my home and I will get a Tax exemption receipt in next two days to share tax proof documents with my company however everything appears to be fake.
They are making fool of customers and harassing them by your false promises and giving advertisements on TV.
