Hi I had recently entered into an agreement to purchase land owner share of flats in a ready-to-move apartments. The sale agreements mentioned the value as 61 lakhs and was franked for Rs. 200. When I was applying for the loan they mentioned 0.1% franking is necessary. Can I increase the value on the signed agreement? Or will we have to sign a new agreement? Please suggest
