Dva time limit one year

I got some Mrs.Roshan dalvi.J, Judgement copy DVA time limit one year.

My DVA case running now. It's successfully completed one year shall I any relief.

One year time limit is for filing the DV case in the magistrate court , it is not for the pronouncing the decision/ verdict of DV case . smart after reading the solution you must give your reply .
