Dear Sir,
I would like to open a security agency. Can anyone please guide me on how to go about in opening a security agency and what are the various procedures that i will have to follow.I was totaly unknown about this what was qulification and whatever for this.

Hi,
You need to have PSARA license to open and start a new security agency,
Firstly confirm your jurisdiction, the area or cities or states in which you want to provide your services.
Decide the strength of the staff or security members, their personal IDs, police verification, character verification, training etc.
Obtain the license to commence the business i.e shop act or gumasta.
Get registrations for the tax and Insurance authorities.
Register at the central Labour commissioner.
Arms licenses.
There are so many other formalities you have to go through.. but you can start with these few things.
