Dear Sir,
I need your sincere advice for one of the property deal (2 BHK flat), I took zerox paper of property from the owner and gave him 50000 rupees, i got the property verified through advocate but later (with in 14 days) I have to changed my mind due to non arranagement of money. I informed the owner of the house but he is asking me to get his propery sold off and he is not returning my token money back. I have a hand written paper from the owner where it is clearly written that this property is being sold to me and 50000 ruppes have been given to him on this date, rest would be paid later, also i do have zerox of all property papers. Would you be so kind to please advise me the exact way by which he will return my hard earned money.
