My wife lodged fake 498A case against me. Now my father in law is pressuring me to live with her daughter and they will withdraw the case. I don't believe on my wife because in future she again can Lodge case against me. So I won't start living with her.
Now my FIL is telling if my wife commits suicide then I will be the cause of it.
Please guide me what can I do at this moment. My marriage is not crossed 1 year. Contacted local police station, they suggested to block his number. But I requested to Lodge one GD , they denied. So sir please help me.
Dear querist, complain in the Police Station concerned through on-line. If you have not found, send complaint by RP using RTI. And consult an experienced advocate of your area for guidance.
