My native is Bihar sharif. One of our neighbor is putting false criminal cases such as robbery, assault, Destruction of property one after another for no reason.... Initially she used to throw waste in our campus, harm our kitchen garden. On asking her not to do so, she started having quarrel with my cousins and aunt... after such repeated verbal quarrels, once she attacked my aunt with a pickax and she was admitted to hospital.. We then filed a complain based on Medical report and its in court now... but since then she has been false complaints one after another.....Please suggest a way to resolve this issue
