Hello, I am a Journalist working with an online B2B portal. I live in East Delhi with my family in a house, co-owned by my father and a relative from my mother's side.
Today, the co-owner of our house has filed a complaint against 4 members of my family alleging that we have intimidated him and his family for life and are forcing him to vacate his area of posession.
The person(co-owner) was earlier living with his family in th house with us, however, he left the house few years back, and started his business instead on his area of possesion. He started his small factory in our house, without our consent, and lot of unknown persons have started visiting our house. The nature of his business is also hazardous to health, as it involves thinner chemical, and flammable adhesive.
We had asked him to restrict the entry of unknown persons, as our family includes 3 females and it is unsafe for them. But the person in reply has lodged complaint against us, which is sheerly unture.
Kindly, help us by giving some advice on how we can reply to him.
