MY RELETIVE FALSE CIVIL SUIT AGAINST ME AND 2-3 POINT FALSE IN THIS AFFIDAVITS.
I HAVE DOCUMENT PROOF CAN I
TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST MY RELETIVE .
ONE FACT. A. purchase land from B and registry also done and money given through cheque by A .but now C wrongly submitted false affidavit in civil suit and claim that plot given by C .
First of all you prove that to be a false statement by documentary evidences you rely upon and extract the contradictions/falsity of the statement made on oath during cross examination after which you can plan to initiate perjury case.
