I have recived ex partee divorce from Bandra family court , appeal period of 90 days is over so now can i marry again .Or there is some other procedure to follw for it . as my parents have started searching girl again for me to settel down pl. advice .

In marriages men are 'unsettled' and not 'settled'. It's dangerous to marry in this country. If you have not learnt your lessons, you can try settling again.

after 90 days , if no appeal/setaside pettition is filed, you are free to marry.
Please note that after second marriage, since it is ex-parte divorce, if it is setaside then your marriage will become "void" until the final outcome.
