Ex parte interim injunction order grounds??

on what grounds we must show for Ex Parte Interim injunction order?
in suit for permanent injunction is it possible? or must file declaration of title suit for it??

injunctions are passed through severe damage caused to the petitioner in such a way that only an ex-parte order may grant relief. Notice of the act in dispute is noticed by the Court. Petitioner must obey the principle of uberimae fidei. Order is of a temporary nature.
