Ex-parte divorce decree

When I applied for the ex-parte divorce decree in the court (the final order) what I got was the true xerox copy of the final order with the court seal.

Is this sufficient legal proof of the divorce that can be used for all purposes later ? Like for remarriage, visa etc, or do I need a typed copy in a Stamp paper ? what is the correct document ? please clarify

Yes it is accepted as true copy for all legal use.

The certified copy of the court order/judgment and decree is issued to the parties in litigation, original remain in the court file records. The certified copies are copy of the original with court stamp and signatures of the authorised attesting official of the court. I hope you got this only from the coping branch of the court.
