I need your help. One ex employee of our company is contacting our client and trying to poach them. This employee was fired from our company 6 months back. While leaving the company he signed a document (on company Letterhead) stating that he will not contact any of our partners or Clients.
Now he has started contacting our clients through his collegue. One of our client sent us an email from his company asking for business. Though we have warned all our clients and partners, but I suspect that this guy will go to any extrem to get business. He may also try to tarnish our image through pseudo emails.
Can I get any protection from him
