1. dowry case... ( photo , video , recording , witness , piece of paper , bill )
2. mental harassment by husband...( medical recod , bill , fir copy )
your immediate action is highly appreciable..

at police station ?
at JM court after a false complaint has be copied ditto into a false FIR and has been copied into a charge sheet ?
at a Sessions court ?
at High court ?

what was the decision of the JM COURT ?
was that based on merits ?

If JMFC ( JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE FRIST CLASS) passed judgement against you . In appeal no extra evidence consider by Session Court . Session Court pass its judgement on the basis of lower court evidence .
Query no -1,2 is not clear .
