I have a Resident cum commercial property in Hyderabad. I have rented out a part of commercial property for a Shop on a monthly rental basis. Unfortunately no Rental or Lease agreement has been Signed with the Tenant. Now the Tenant has not payed rental amount for an Year now and is absconding. Tenant has changed the phone number during this period and we dont know whereabouts of him. Is there any means we can evict the tenant from permises. Thanks
