Eviction of tenant

Dear Friends,

In spite of a registered leave & license agreement for 11 months having been duly executed for a flat in Pune (Maharahtra), if the tenant refuses to vacate the leased premises after the stipulated 11 months, then how time consuming & difficult will it be for the owner to evict the tenant?

its not possible to specify a time frame within which you can evict the tenant.it varies with each case for variety of reasons

HI Sir, My teneant want to continue for third year with leave & licence from this May, shall i give him my flat on rent. Or any another obstacle as i heard that noramally not continue with same tenant for third year as safty purpose. PLease assist.
