PWD acquired a land for road construction and made road on a part of it long back in 1960(documents are available with PWD),
a person has already encroached into remaining part of unutilized PWD land.
It has also shorten the effective widdth of road surrounding, which is normally left on both sides of road for hassle free commutation and by definition of road is part of road .
But in revenue department document the mutation of land has not been done yet in favour of PWD.
And this is the lacuna the above said person is misutilizing. He also purchased the part of land which is in the name of PWD as revenue department's record are not updated and showing the land available with the land lord who sold it in 1960 to PWD. I have filed application in both revenue and PWD departments but they haven't replied . How can I compel them to follow the modus operandi and to go for mutation .
Officers in revenue department are corrupt and bribed for this work. PWD department unofficially conveyed that encroachment was being done every where in city and are unwilling to take action against only one individual . Please suggest so that land can be demarcated and further encroachment be stopped.
