Employer issues

Respected sirs I have been worked as a senior professional in one of the organisation and notice period have completed while completion i have clearly mailed and submitted the assets and now they are complaining to the local ps that i need to submit pending bills and i have misused the digital assets. Their main motto is not to leave me ,they keep on making issues and local ps ppls r mentally threatening me. They didnt even pay for last 2 months. Kindly guide me how to resolve this issues. Thanks
