On the eve of voting, the leader of the party candidate, fixed four loud speakers in the Helicopter and announce to the voters to vote for his party Candidate. The helicopter did not land in the grounds except the announcement of the candidate’s Leader of the Party. Does it amount to violation of Election Code of Conduct like Jyotiraditya Scindia case?
