Ec copies instead of sale deed copies

In double registration transaction, we are going to file a civil a suite, declare of title in favor us in a land dispute, We have only our sale deed copies no defendants sale deed copies. We enclose EC copies which having all sale transactions, showing we purchased land first, is it enough?? court accept EC?? ask sale deed copies of defendants??

Suit for declaration is a declaration from the court on any issue by way of a decree of the court
