I was working in a firm where they have not written anything on the Appointment letter about the leaves but they allowed to take only 1 leave in a month and said that after completing one year...I will be getting 15 earned leaves. But they have fired me without a good reason just 5 days before one year gets complete and not paid me 2 months salary in lieu of notice yet.
I am seeking leagal help. I want to know that if the No leaves are mentioned in the in the Appointment letter and they are cutting salary for more than 12 leaves a year and not giving earned leaves (which was also not written in appointment letter). Is it illegal to not give leaves and Can I claim the salary for these 15 earned leaves when I claim for my 2 months notice salary too?
Please advice.
